Angela Mays BA (Hons) MA
Angela, a founder of and principal consultant with QED, has extensive consultancy experience based on her practical knowledge and experience of management, education, training and personal development. Angela has held board level appointments for more than ten years at both national and regional levels and has more than fifteen years experience of management consultancy.
Professionally, Angela has a wide range of areas of interests and expertise including managing people, team and organisational development and conflict resolution. Angela, who has a Masters Degree in Adult and Post-secondary Education, has a wealth of experience in the design, development and delivery of training and development programmes where the focus is on interactive and experiential learning.
With a career which spans social work, education, health, training and consultancy, Angela has developed considerable insight into the ways in which individuals and organisations can be supported and developed in order to realise their true potential. She is a skilled and experienced facilitator, equally adept working with small groups or eventstyle facilitation.
In a voluntary capacity Angela has a particular interest in the field of assisted reproduction and has been involved in both setting up and providing support and advice to a national charity. In this capacity she has appeared on television, radio and in the national press.
A mother of two teenage children, she is familiar with the challenge of juggling conflicting demands in order to maintain a work-life balance.
